Required Skills:
2 years' experience working in a call center or Helpdesk environment
Extensive experience working in a Windows 7 / 10 environment
Experience working with a ticketing system
Experience utilizing Active Directory
Past experience working with or knowledge of DHCP and DNS servers
Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve issues over the phone
Excellent customer service skills
Able to learn/pick up new technologies quickly
Desired Skills:
Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our client's technical support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain professional experience working in a financial environment who has either an Associates or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field or someone who has worked in a call center or Helpdesk environment for at least 1-2 years. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a Windows 7/10 environment, will have utilized Active Directory, and are familiar with LAN networking and servers. If you are looking to continue your IT career in a growing atmosphere and gain new skill sets along the way, then this is the position for you!
